TO PLACE AN ORDER
The preferred method of placing an order is to visit the web link http://www.perfectressusorder.com, or you can also request the link to be sent to your email by calling one of our friendly Account Managers (9AM-6PM ET) at 888-220-8520.
We accept all major credit cards. Sorry NO cash, checks, or COD’s.
Please have the following items available when ordering-
Credit card number with the expiration date, 3-digit security code (on back), and the anticipated arrival date.
Orders received by 5:00pm (ET) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 5:00pm (ET) may be shipped out the following business day.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONCERNS
While awaiting an order from Perfectress US please understand that we take NO responsibility for carrier delays. We ship UPS and offer NO reimbursements for delayed shipments.

When placing orders online, please ensure the correct shipping address, including suite and/or apartment numbers, is entered correctly. This information is required to ensure the delivery process is seamless. Failure to provide accurate information may result in your package being rerouted or delayed. Rerouting charges are the responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Lost and/or stolen shipments can only be replaced at the expense of the customer. If the package is found by our shipping carrier, the customer’s account will be credited upon Perfectress US’ receipt of the package.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Regular ground shipments are sent via UPS GROUND ($25). Please allow 3-5 business days for Ground shipping.
If Expedited shipping is required, prices are as follows:

RETURNS / EXCHANGES – HUMAN HAIR EXTENSIONS
If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit. We do not offer refunds. All items marked "clearance" are final sale, sold "as is" and are not eligible for exchange or return.
PLEASE NOTE: IF THE ORIGINAL ITEM IS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT, ONLY THE AMOUNT PAID MINUS SHIPPING WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BE USED TOWARDS THE EXCHANGE OR CREDIT.
Human hair products that have been chemically altered and/or modified CANNOT be returned.
Human hair products that have been colored treated by the customer CANNOT be returned; with the exception of B-Colors with a claim of product defect – in this instance please refer the outlined section below.

Human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut) CANNOT be returned.

All human hair products must be in a salable condition, with original packaging intact.

The return/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

All human hair returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Returns will not be accepted due to any allergic reactions, allergies must be reported during consultation.

Please contact one of our friendly Account Managers at 888-220-8520, prior to returning ANY item. Returns/exchanges shipped without the approval of an Account Manager CANNOT be honored.

Please note: Perfectress US is NOT responsible for ANY hair installation, hair removal or styling costs.

Shipping costs on returned/exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.

We suggest using UPS or FedEx as a return carrier, in order to track the shipment, if necessary.
For claims regarding bad batches, dryness, tangling/matting, shedding, color fading/running, or any other issues concerning product quality, the following steps will be taken:

A sample of the hair in question must be sent back to Perfectress US; 5-10 Connections or 4 Tape Wefts; 1 Ultimate Link Weft (at least 2 inches of the weft)

The sample will then be tested to diagnose cause(s) of quality claims.

A determination and solution will be made and provided within 5 business days of receipt of product.

Please make certain a copy of the sales invoice is sent with ALL packages. If the sales invoice is lost or damaged please include a typed or written document including company name, contact name, phone number, address and the description of the items.
