Perfect Points is simply a loyalty program that we created to reward our loyal customers for choosing Perfectress, referring us to friends, and leaving reviews!

You can earn Perfect Points in several ways: Purchases: Earn 10 Perfect Points for every $1 spent (excluding shipping). Referrals: Invite licensed stylist friends to join and make their first purchase to earn 2,000 points. Reviews: Leave a review on our Google or Facebook page to earn 500 points. After you view your cart, hit CHECKOUT. Before submitting your payment, you'll see an option to Redeem Points. Enter how many points you wish to use! It will display how many points you have, so you can decide if you wish to use some, all, or save!

Your Perfect Points expire 6 months from the day you earn them. We'll notify you via email in advance, so keep an eye on your inbox to avoid missing out!

Log in and select 'My Account', then find 'My Rewards' using the scroll bar or the Profile Icon drop-down arrow. This page shows your points balance and expiration dates.

For purchases: Points will load within 1 business day after payment and order confirmation. Referrals: Points will load within 1 business day after the referred stylist's order is confirmed. Reviews: Points will load within 14 business days after your review is verified. New Accounts: Points will load immediately and be ready for use.

If you wish to earn our 500 Point reward for a review, please leave a review on our official Google or Facebook account. Ensure your first and last name is what matches your Perfectress Account or else we will not be able to verify it was you. You may only redeem this reward twice total - once for Google & once for Facebook.

Yes, but our Rewards Program is designed for online use. If you call in your order, request to earn or redeem your Perfect Points. Allow 7 business days for your balance to update after manual orders.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps:

1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor

2. Add a new question & answer

3. Assign your FAQ to a category

4. Save and publish.

You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps:

1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor

2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one

3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon

4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
